The location is convenient. It allows walking to many places. The rooftop bar was a good feature. It had pleasant views and good service.
The reception desk was often unattended. This made it difficult to get assistance quickly. My room faced the square. It had poor WiFi reception. The room key sometimes did not work. It required multiple trips to fix.

i found several design flaws. the black curtains were not blackout curtains and were too thin to block the morning light. light switches only registered presses most of the time, it was annoying

the breakfast had a nice food selection and was delicious.
the chromecast in the room did not work. i was sick one day, so this became a big issue. the hotel offered to switch rooms, but i was too sick to move that day.

The included breakfast was good. It had a wide variety of options. The location proved very convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions from the hotel. The room had sufficient space for my needs.
The bathroom lacked adequate ventilation. This made it uncomfortable after showering. The room lighting was poor. The dimness. The provided Chromecast did not function. THIS was frustrating .

I found the rooftop bar particularly appealing. It offered fine views and a great ambiance. The free laundry service was a significant convenience, especially after long days exploring the city. I was very pleased with the modern decor throughout the entire hotel. The front desk staff was consistently helpful, ready to assist with any questions or requests I had.
I noticed that the soundproofing could be improved. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.
